I met Mary under very difficult circumstances when my son's rented condo flooded out while he was away in Afghanistan. I was four hours away by car from his residence. I called Mary immediately after a neighbor of my son notified me that water was pouring out of his condo. Mary came over right away and had all the necessary people to contact to take care of the problems. She was over there often and secured all my son's belongings as well as getting furniture restored and destroyed furniture removed. After seeing her and doing what I could for him she communicated by phone and email with me and continued to monitor the situation until completion. Select Property Management has proven to be a great success for my Client/Landlord and myself as a Realtor. Once a tenant is identified, they conduct a full credit report including a thorough background check on the tenant, checking all references as they go along. When the lease is signed, they takeover managing both the property as well as the tenants that occupy it. Select Property Management conducts periodic home inspections while the tenants are living there, making sure that everything is operational from both perspectives, the landlord and the tenant. Our association with Select Property Management has far exceeded our expectations of a professional relationship. SPM has accumulated the information and support materials required by a property owner to enter into a rental situation with minimal risk and maximum return.
